Payment Information
  • All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We may record transaction details (price, applicable service fees) but do not store payment card information.
  • A 10% service fee applies only when a Customer purchases a gift drink online. No fee applies for suspended coffee or onsite purchases.
Application Data
  • Device information: device ID, model, OS, browser type/version, IP address, system configuration
  • Mobile permissions: camera (for QR scanning), storage/photo library (for avatar uploads), push notifications
Social Logins
  • If you register via Google or Apple SSO, we may collect basic profile information, such as your name and email.
Sensitive Information
  • We do not process sensitive personal information (racial/ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, biometrics).
